These days, not many people can say they’ve spent a decade at one company. We’re lucky to have team members like Aundreya, who make the time fly by.

Today, we hope you’ll join us in celebrating Aundreya, Accounting Assistant, for her ten years at TLA.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I enjoy traveling and new experiences. I am an avid moviegoer.  I am passionate about space, sunrises, and almond croissants.

I love to read, cook, walk, lift, and learn!

What was your path to TLA?

Rob Pries notified me that TLA was hiring; the rest is history.

What do you love most about your role at TLA?

The people. My boss, Evan, is top-notch. I’ve met some pretty incredible individuals that I get to call my friends—also, WFH days and free parking.

In your opinion, what is it about TLA that makes people want to stick around?

Again, the people.  TLA hires a well-rounded cast that performs at the highest levels.

Do you have any advice for anyone looking for a place to build their career?
Find a place that values and highlights your strengths while offering learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
