New Product Spotlight: Surface Mount is the New Recessed with Vode Nexa

Dec 7, 2022 | Products

Introducing NEXA: A low-profile, edge-lit surface mount luminaire from Vode.

Newly-launched Nexa brings the quality of light and minimalist profile we’ve come to expect from Vode, but in a wider platform.

With a lens that goes edge to edge, Nexa delivers an uninterrupted ribbon of light. And, you can add a honeycomb louver to create visual comfort from every angle.

1. Thinner-than-drywall profile

Work smarter, not harder: Surface mounting Nexa makes it look recessed without the hassle. Choose from two aperture sizes, 3.25″ (83mm) x 0.55″ (14mm) and 5.25″ x 0.58″(15mm)

2. Easy (and budget-friendly) installation

Reduce costs when you install with magnets, not mud! Nexa can click or clip into place with magnets to any surface. It is compatible with suspended ceiling systems using Vode adjustable ceiling clips.

Installation is also easy because everything happens below the ceiling plane.

3. Low glare

No glare, no light leaks, no hotspots. We love how Nexa is so easy on the eyes with high uniformity and no gaps.

Not to mention output is up to 1650 lm/ft. 80 or 90 CRI, tunable white (2200K – 5000K) and dim-to-warm (2200K – 3000K).
